This Nationally Accredited Skill Set will provide students with the skillsand knowledge required to provide person centred support to older people in various settings.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
This training applies to individuals who are looking to gain skills for arole within the care sector.
The training reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support in an aged care setting or home care setting.
